1. Do you accept Pets?

Our cabin is not “pet friendly” -  Please read the entire policy as we will be charging you fee for not adhering to our policy.

2. What do we do if we arrive late?

If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM you must call the office and let us know.

3. Do we need to bring towels, sheets, dishes, pans, etc.?

No, towels, sheets, dishes pots and pans as well as garbage bags and soap are included with the cabin rental.

4. Do you have internet services?

If you have a dial up account you can connect to it through our phone with a local number only.

5. Does the cabin have cable television services?

Yes

6. How many people can stay at Majestic Haven?

Maximum is 10

7. Does the cabin have a phone line available?

Yes, local calls only.  No long distance service available.

8. What happens if we have to cancel our stay?

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if you notify us in writing 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  We must be notified in writing for your deposit to be refunded. A verbal cancellation will not be accepted. The $45.00 non-refundable reservation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
